1. Zero tolerance
RateMe has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material and behavior of any kind. Anyone found to be uploading, sharing, soliciting, or otherwise facilitating such content is permanently banned and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and other applicable laws.
2. Age eligibility
RateMe is restricted to users 17 years of age or older. Age is confirmed at account registration, and accounts found to misrepresent age are terminated.
3. Prevention and detection
- Every photo uploaded to RateMe is automatically screened before it becomes visible to any other user.
- Users can report or block any profile, photo, or message directly from the feed, a profile page, or a chat conversation — no need to leave the app.
- Reports are reviewed and acted on by our team; violating content and accounts are removed.
4. Reporting CSAE content
If you encounter content on RateMe that you believe depicts or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately using the in-app "Report" option, or by emailing support@ratemestar.com. We treat these reports as our highest priority and act on them without delay.
5. Point of contact
