By using RateMe, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use RateMe. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for your account security.
• One account per person. Fake or duplicate accounts may be removed.
• You must verify your email address to activate your account.

4. Content Rules

When using RateMe, you agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights.
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Upload someone else's photos without their consent.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate ratings.
• Impersonate another person.

5. Ratings

Ratings reflect individual opinions and are not endorsed by RateMe. You understand that receiving low ratings is part of the experience and agree not to hold RateMe responsible for any emotional impact.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant RateMe a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app and on the website.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Disclaimer

RateMe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
